How Good Would This System Be?

Hey I've been researching for a while now and here is what I think I am going to get in my 96 gmc Sierra extended cab.

Amp: Orion 4002-$125(2 X 150 @ 4 Ohm, 2 X 200 @ 2 Ohm, 1 X 400 @ 4 Ohm Bridged)

Component Speakers: CDT Audio CL-61A(130 watt power handling) speakers with TW-24 tweeters & monster cable.-$160

Head Unit: Pioneer DEH-P4800MP-$150

I want a system with hard hitting bass that still sounds crisp and clear. I plan to get a component set, 2 channel amp, and a head unit now, and then later purchase some subs and another amp because of budget. Do these products sound good or are there better things out there for my money? Will these products work well with each other or am I over/underpowering anything?

may wanna look into getting a better HU. jus my opinion. if u like pioneer. maybe a higher end model

I suggest diamond amps, i have 3 with some CDT speakers and SoundSplinter subs and they rock hard. I am really impresssed with CDT speakers i had some probs with midbass but got it sorted out after some fine tuning and adding more deadner.
