how do you wire up a relay?

i bougth a relay from pe.com, didnt come with idiot instructions,

5 metal tabs: 85,86,87,87a, 30

ill get a pic of a little diagram it has on the top, but it will be hard to read it from my cell

so it looks 86 is ground

85 is battery connection

30 is input

87 would be the remote output from the relay

87a is if i wanted somethign to get power all the timewheter the relay was on or not
