how do you hook up an amp to factory deck? (2009 honda civic)

hey guys im going to be hooking up a system in my wifes car. its a 2009 honda civic. is there a wire adaptor or kit so i can hook an amp up to stock head unit? it this a hard process or simple. any insight will help thx

You can give Pac Audio a call and see if they have or are developing OEM integration devices for the new Hondas. I just did a full install in a 2003 Accord and I was going to buy an OEM-integrated device from them that gives me two sets of preamp outputs but I convinced my buddy to get that new JVC fullscreen touchscreen, which works great btw.

This is what I'm talking about...full 20-20kHz linear and even gives you a remote turn-on lead for the amp...but it isn't for the 2009 Civics yet.
