how do you fix up your protein shake?

actually turkey, tuna, chicken, beans and soy products provide more protein than nearly all red meat...
except red meat has an amino acid profile almost identical to the demands of the human body.........thus superior

my post work out is 1scoop malto/dextrose, 2 scoops wey, dash of cee, 1/2 cup oats. same thing 30min later.

bedtime shake - 12oz milk 2 scoops , 1tbslp olive oil

also if im short on time a couple packets of instant oatmeal and a scoop or two of protein is a favorite

did i respond to a statement about amino acids or proteins?

 
right and connected by peptide bonds etc. etc. but in the context, i was just making a general statement that there are in fact other sources higher in protein, i never said which source would give you xyz...
