how do you fix up your protein shake?

i bought that body fortress shake from walmart for 14$ and you can feel a difference in your muscles after working out with it. i thought my muscles were going to explode they felt so pumped. starting to see stretch marks on my pecs/armpit areas after just 2 weeks of this shit.
I call bluff on that...

 
I first put 1 scoop of ON whey protein into my shaker before my workout. I then add water to the 8oz line. I put the top on and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. I then proceed to drink the shake.

After workout I follow all the steps above, except I use 2 scoops of ON whey protein.

 
i like to eat a plate of beans and ham hock, with a side dish of cottage cheese some carrots and the whey protien shake mix to top it off. i end up eating around 130g of protein from it all and get my daily fiber from the beans to help digest it too.

 
4 lbs in 2 weeks though, thats similar to a full months healthy weight gain on the whole body. which is a reason the stretch marks resemble an unusually quick gain. it may be unhealthy but oh well.
