As much as I hate to recommend anything there, Sound Solutions Audio used to have a very good article on plotting impedance rise. Not sure if it's still there, but it'd be worth a read.

Unless your burping why would you need to know your impeadance rise?

To find it you will ned 2 DMM's one that reads AC amps and one to measure voltage.

OK so I really just want to know if I am giving the subs all they can take or am I limiting myself IE (setting gains to 3000 watts but after the impedence rise I am really only giving them 1500 or something) This is what I want to know....

Over the entire bandwidth, it's not going to matter. Yes, you'll probably have two impedance peaks, but unless you're burping, it's not really important...

I see what he's saying. In my last box (sealed) I was wired to 2 ohms and in the box I had a final load of 2.6 ohms.

My new box is ported and I have wired my subs down to .5 ohms on a 1 ohm stable amp. I haven't taken the time to see what I am with box rise but I have seen people talking about amp rise and have no clue how to determine it. At the moment, I just hope I don't blow my cheap amp.
