Power Acoustik has excellent mid to low level products that rate far better than those in the same price point.

There are many budget products I'd personally choose before PA. But, to each his own.

since noone addressed it, I will try,

 

I have a little experience with the older line of Cerwin Vega amplifers, they were fairly basic and crude in final execution, but had decent power, but the prices did not seem justified at all, I love Cerwin Vega as a company but they have been out of the spot light for a while (in the car audio industry) and need to really do some serious promotion to get back there, they recently released 2 new lines of amps, here is a picture of their 1k watt amp

 

 

I dont question their quality, I just wonder about the pricing
