How do I wire these Front Speakers? - (Pics included)

I recently got a Mazda3 2012 Hatchback with 4 speakers non-bose.

I am starting with the speakers right now because I got a $100 gift card to Bestbuy, and the stereo I want is too much. I know they don't have a ton of selections, but I think I got decent speakers. I searched them on cruchfield/around the web and these seems like the best option I could buy at Bestbuy.

They mount fine, but I do not know how to wire them.

(Copy/paste link into address bar and put ht(t)p:// before every link without the parenthesis around the 't') I don't know why I can't post links.

This is the connector/wires going to stock speaker in the front door: i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2013-01-01_16-40-52_296_zps7b9d14aa.jpg

4 wires fed into the two middle metal prongs in the 4slot connector: i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2013-01-01_16-41-00_618_zps918afcf0.jpg

This is it plugged in: i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2013-01-01_21-00-14_980_zpse599f380.jpg

This is the port: i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2013-01-01_21-00-41_11_zpsd5033999.jpg As you can see, its 4 prongs but only the center two on the plug are being used on the plug.

I have wire strippers, pliers for crimping, hairdryer for a heatgun, and splices. I got the flat disconnects for the flat metal connector on the new speakers. i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2013-01-01_16-41-26_665_zpsa3cfd14c.jpg

The flat disconnectors I bought go over the flat connectors on the speaker: i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt212/eurosport360/2012-12-31_14-52-36_418_zpsee530a4a.jpg

I actually exchanged those 5.25s for 6 x 8s, but they have the same connector.

Right now I am just stuck on how to wire these up with those 4 wires....I assume they are just duplicate positives and negatives... I need some details though....this is my first time doing anything electrical.

Thanks

Looks like it might just be 2 positive wires, and 2 neg wires, maybe one set carries signal for the mid, and one carries signal for the tweeter?

If you don't know which is pos and which is neg. You can take a AA battery and touch the pos to one side of the speaker terminal and neg to the other side. When the speaker pops out, not in, you will know you which is pos and neg. When you cut that clip off you can plug it back into the speaker and then touch the 2 sets of wires to each side of the battery.

the AVIC was a tad more complicated to wire not to mention stuffing it in a smallish stereo hole. thanks for advice.

Drill a hole and use the proper protective split loom and hole grommets to keep the outer speaker jacket from knicks and cuts, give just enough...
