how do i set the time on a 6900UB?

with the HU on, hold down the source button (upper left button) until the thing powers off. Then hold down the nob (push it straight in and hold) until a menu pops up. twist the nob until you get to time. i've found that once you access that root menu, its a lot easier to navigate and change things using the remote.
