How do I post a question in forums exactly??

I am confused here, I have what I believe is a legitimate question, and have gone through all of the steps to register, but cannot find any way to post a question....

Just the subject header that you have question/s in i.e; subwoofer, or amplifier, or electrical........

Yes, this is a question posted, but it was the only place that I could find that would let me post something, so I did so here....
