How do i get this to stop rattling?!

This....have had to do that many times. Pretty sure I use a 1/4" 6 point socket and the bits fit perfectly...

Was dark when i was looking last night and there's about an inch clearance, if that, tried to fit the smallest 1/4 inch rachet with a bit in there but that's a no go,prolly gonna end up grinding the welds

chapman set if not i would go to lowes and get some pure clear silicone. make sure to put drop cloth so if it drips. may take 2x to get it filled good.

its is a great dampener and can be removed later with 0 damage.

Try putting the bit into a box end wrench, if you can't get something on the bolt when you turn the nut the bolt will just spin also.
