How would I get more spl out of a Rockford T2 (2000W) with 40HZ or 35HZ in a 2.5ft3 if I listen to hiphop most of the time???

And what is better for porting? TUBES or the rectangular hole that goes next to the sub???

tuning higher will generally be louder but you loose low end response

and a port with the same cross sectional area whether is be circular or rectangular will sound the same
