How do I cut plexiglass?

Any recommendations for cutting plexiglass? I am thinking that I could use a fine-toothed jigsaw blade, but I still run the risk of chattering...or I coiuld just use a dremel cutting wheel, but that would take hellua long if I went that route.

Any suggestions?

The biggest problem you have in cutting Plexiglas, is the plastic melting and fusing back together again, two seconds after you cut it

What the hell are you talking about, flying off. If you score the the plexi deep enough you can just crack it. You could also take your plexi to a tru valu or something like that because they will cut plexi for you as long as it is not an odd shape.

I actually wound up using a dremel with a cutting wheel and a sanding drum to cut rectangles for my amp rack with rounded corners...turned out beautifully!
