Those go to the gas tank. Jk, those are Rca outputs. If you don't know what those are then you need to find someone to help you with this install. Not dissing you, just speaking truth.

to pull out the rear speakers you will need to remove the grilles. i would use a pointed tool of some sort to "pop" them off. unscrew, and thats it. as far as the wires on your head unit these are rca's out. they most likely go to front and rear amps. it's hard to tell what they specifically go to without the model # but this is most likely what they are...

Depends on your overall system design... Only disconnect the rears if you are using separate amps on the front and have a sub, the rears will increase the bass.... but rears are not necessary with a sub and can actually detract from the front sound stage.

Yes, speakers are top-mounted... must be pulled from the passenger compartment, not from the trunk.

o no nevermind i got it off now and i took out all the bolts but thing is i cant get the speaker out i tried pulling it pushing punching it hammering it wont come out!!!! and i took out everything i ll show you some pictures!!

Car manufacturer probably used some kind of adhiesive... several ways to attack it... razor knife, hair dryer (heat), pry bar, tin snips, or a combination of all of the above... I'd try a pry bar first... just watch the rear window, especially if you start using power tools that close... it's rare, but they can break.
