How do i bridge this?

I have a four door car and currently have an amp on all four door speakers. I want to bridge the amp to only the front 2 speakers. So do i bridge one to the front two channels then the other one to the rear two channels? Even tho both speakers are in the front? Also do i keep both of the RCA's plugged in? Like both the front and rear RCA's?

You could do that, the F/R Fader would then be L/R Fade. Make sure the settings are the same for both front and rear channels on the amp...and make sure you do not exceed the amps lowest rated impedance when bridged.

If so, you cant bridge it.

no its an aftermaret amp. I know i can bridge it i read specs.

cool. so going from 60 rms to 100 rms should i see any difference? Also my speakers are only rated for 85 rms? Just keep the gain down right?

Just set them for what the amp will do you won't see 100rms on music anyways.

Yeah, don't pay any attention to 'front & rear'... Bridge channels 1+2 to one front speaker, channels 3+4 to the other. Use 2 'Y' adapters to split the left front RCA into 2 inputs and the right front RCA into the other 2.

This assumes that both pair of amp channels have HPF that's the same range. You'll need to set them separately.
