how can i make alternator put out 14v all the time?

i have a 07 crv, and i have noticed that while driving the voltage drops to 12.6v then back up to 14.4v when i put a load on the car. my first thought was a bad alternator. had it checked, it puts out 160A. i think thats a lil more that it should be making..

So, with a lil research, ive read honda made it so its stops charging upon 75% battery charge to save on gas. problem is, i have 2 sundown 12s in the back, and im thinkin my amp dont like these voltage fluctuations..

Has anyone else ran into this problem before?? Maybe i could possibly hack the sense resistor value to make it constantly put out 14v?

Side note, i noticed this voltage issue through my head unit, as i loaded up torque app to view voltage on bass notes. i then verified to drop at the amp with my voltmeter.

What is the voltage dropping to at the amplifier?

i have an android HU that i installed torque on, thats what showed my the voltage drop. i then inserted my meter leads into the amps pos and gnd to verify voltage drop.

was wondering if anyone knows how i could rectify this? or knows where the actual component is located thats deciding what voltage is applied. in the cars cpu? or internal to the alternator??

my buddy has a 06 CRV it does the same thing. I believe the older ones you can bypass, on the newer ones it's internal in the alternator

Yeah, on a 99. The older ones can be bypassed, the newer ones need a new alternator I believe, not 100% sure don't take my word. It could be the computer doing it as well but I'm not sure, not my car so I never fully looked into it.
