I had an awesome setup, JBL MS-8, JBL 4 Channel, and JBL MONO.. all powering my speakers and tc epic 10.
My MS-8 broke, stuck in protect mode. Car audio shop checked everything, couldn't find any issues. They uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and still, wouldn't work. I contacted JBL, it was only a year old and they honored the warranty but the MS-8 is discontinued so they can't send me one.. they gave me store credit for what i spent which is useless to me for now.. ill find something.
I have my factory head unit in, hence the ms-8 in my 2015 honda fit. My wife will not allow me to purchase a new head unit or ms-8 off ebay the few that are left (Plus id loose a lot features i enjoy with a new unit). We don't really have the money right now.. head unit will be in the near future.
The car audio shop used a 2 channel hi/lo to connect my 4 channel amp for my speakers so at least i have that (Thats all they had in stock, didnt have a 4channel). My speakers on the stock unit actually sound pretty **** impressive, i was quite shocked.. I am by no means disappointed with the speakers not having the ms-8 although with the ms-8 there was a difference.

Can I daisy chain my 4 channel amp to my sub amp to utilize my subwoofer? They are class D amps if that matters..
4 Channel Amp: 100X4 RMS
Mono Amp: 500X1 RMS
The car audio shop said it will drop my voltage, but i dont really no what that means or what that will do.
Any way around it? Can i buy something to up my voltage?
Would switching out for a 4 channel hi/lo work? using the other 2 for the subwoofer?
Any other options?
