how big to make the ported box? need help fast..

my friend wants a ported box for his RF punch hx2s and im goin to build it for him. my question is what should i make the internal volume to make these subs pound the best the max dimensions i can work with are 40x 30x16 preferably a little smaller any help will be appreciated. this box is goin to be tuned around 30-35hz i think. i would like some help fast since i want to get this box designed tonight, soi can start buildin it tomarrow this box will also be goin in a 92 caddy. i believe its a deville also
