Yes, you get on that list in TN if you are 18 and the girl is 16. I think that is different than a guy being 18 and the girl being 6. The charges is the same though.

Exactly. I bet that "list" of convicts that he looked at didnt list the exact specifics of the charge or circumstance. Its just a list of offenders.

Lets come up with a realistic story. Lets say im 18 years old, and I take this girl out and she tells me she's 18 too...but in reality she's 15 and claims I molested her. Now you all know damn well that there are 15 year old girls that look 22-25 and act like it too.... I get convicted of the charge and my name shows up on that list. now should I get my windows busted and vandalized ?

I found out my 6 year old niece has been being molested for the past year almost every day yesterday. My sisters ex boyfriend has been doing this ungodly crime. Shes going to the cops as we speak right now. I am so mad i could more than likley hurt the guy very badly if not permentaly if i ever saw him but i can not lose my cool. what kind of time do u think hes facing ish? This has got to be one of the worst crimes there are your oponions?
