Yes, you get on that list in TN if you are 18 and the girl is 16. I think that is different than a guy being 18 and the girl being 6. The charges is the same though.

Yes. I used to have a friend of mine who did work for him years ago. Well the kid ended up turning into an emo sort of guy and quit hanging out with people, and myself. One day he was gone, i found out from him mom he moved away. Then she let me in on a few things she thought was going on so yeah. If it wasnt my friend i would have left him alone.
