How are you bridging your sundwon amp?

I just got the saz 1500 d and while i was hooking it up, i'm wondering how you would bridge it. The manual said to run a + to both terminal channel and a neg - to the sub. I'm a little confused and want to make sure i ran it right. Seems like running 2 wire to each terminal is overkill. Sorry for being a noob

the amp is internally bridged.

one wire to + and one to -, they are monoblock amps and are bridged parallel internally.
