Hornet 570T door locks not working

I have a 1993 Bucik Lesabre with TYPE-A door locks and I have hooked the Green wire from the Remote Starter to the Lt.Blue wire on the Lock/Unlock Switch and the Blue wire to the Black wire on the Switch,when I press the lock/unlock button on the transmitter I can hear the built in relay clicling and the locking unlocking does not work, So I put a DMM on the Green and Blue Wire to check for output voltage which I was able to read 11.59 vdc when lock/unlock button is pressed on the transmitter....So can anyone tell me do I need to add a relay and if so what module ?
