Horn tweeter Placement?

Im looking into getting some horn tweeters ( these to be specific http://www.madisound.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?cart_id=5174626.24245&pid=342 )I have 3.5 inch speakers that are directed towards the windsheild, and i was wondering if i could replace them with these. I am also going with a 7" midrange (Seas). I know that a horn is placed underneath the dashboard, but is this placement ok. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Avoid those. Don't use them.

Also, those do not have low enough extension to use in a 2-way setup.

LPG, Max Fidelity, Dayton, Vifa, Seas, Morel, etc all have good tweeters.
