Hooking Up Brain, Need Some Help

I am hooking up my KVT-815 and am installing the brain under the passenger seat. Will I need to extend the antenna cable all the way to the brain or do I buy an adapter to hook it up to that little orange RCA coming out the back of the head unit? Any help on other stuff or advice would be greatly appreciated.
