Hooking up an EQ question

I don't have an equalizer yet, but I'm shopping around for one.

My headunit has RCA outputs for front, rear, and sub.

Most of the EQs I see have one input, and outputs for front, rear, and sub.

I have two SA15s (one amp), and 6x8s front and rear in the doors (one amp for all four speakers)

How do I hook up the EQ? It's only got one input, but my HU has three outputs.

Do they make EQs that have more inputs? What are they called, so I know what to search for?

On input and three outputs is common. You use the EQ for fader and sub level control. You have options, maybe the EQ is for the front rear speakers only and the sub comes off the deck. Depends on the deck and the EQ and which one provides desired control, crossovers, etc.

Based on your head unit's capabilities, we can recommend what configurations we would try.
