Hooking up amps to factory head unit

I have a 2014 Hyundai Tucson, it has the small touchscreen.... non navigation head unit with the back up camera. I tried using a lineout converter taping into the back door speakers. I have tried 3 different types of lineout converters, but every time I can never get a good signal. The bass notes always sound like crap, and sometimes the signal gets weak. Im starting to think that maybe there is a factory amp. But I have search high and low through out the car and cannot find one. Am im stuck having to put a whole new head unit in, or am I taping into the wrong speaker wire for the lineout converter? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!

You need a good loc like an audiocontrol that helps restore lost bass that the factory unit pulls at higher volumes.

Does it matter where I runs the wires from. I called the dealer and there is no factory amp. So do I still need to run the wires from the back of the radio?
