Hooking Up 4 Ch Amp=1 Problem

It's a Bolt 4 ch amp by lightning audio and the problem I'm having is the amp has 4 pre-amp outputs and i've got one set coming from the deck.How or what do I need to do to get all 4 channels operating?I plug in the one set and 2 channels are on,vice versa with the other 2 channels but how do I get all 4 channels going?Is there some type of splitter that I need?

get 2 y-adapters. male on one side and 2 females on the other side. Or get them so there are 2 males on one side to 1 female one the other side so you dont have to run 2 sets of RCAs.

btw, those aren't pre-amp outputs on your amp...they are amp inputs
