Hooked my components back up and no sound...wtf?

So I just got my Blazer back and installed my Orion 400.2 back onto my components..Only problem is, I get no sound..whatsoever...

Any ideas?

All i think about is somehow they got ruined when my thieves jacked my sh1t, but I don't see how that could happen.

If i got a positive and negative screwed up somehow,the other side should still work, right?

Amp is getting power..RCAs plugged in...Remote wire in..Speaker wires in.. No sound from either side.

Ok..Heres a question..

There are two remote wires ran, one from my first amp (sub) and then one for the second i got a year later (components). The sub remote wire is just laying there as I have no sub amp.

Could this have something to do with it?

check with a DMM and see if ur reading an ohm load?

Don't got a DMM..Guess i could go buy one real quick.

yeah... connect the sub remote wire to the amp untill you get the sub amp back in there and then run it the way u had it

if the second one is grounded then yes

Alright..Yeah the amp is getting power..

well it depends, it needs a signal from the deck some how, if it jumps from the sub amp to the comp amp then it needs to be connected to the wire that goes to the sub amp, doesnt have to be connected to the amp itself, just to the wire.

and pick up a dmm, if you can wait a few days you can buy a cheap one from harborfreight

if your amp is getting power, its not the remote wire.

So, the amp is running fine? its on, no funny sounds or anything?

The amp is either not receiving signal, or something in the amp is bad (blown channels maybe?)

When you installed this, im guessing you disconnected your battery? Did your headunit settings reset? Does your headunit require you to turn on the RCA output?

if the amp lights up and is getting power you need to see if there is voltage on the speaker outputs, if there is then check the wires where you comps hook up, if there isnt then the speaker wires are jacked, if there is then its in your rca wires somewhere
