I'm still paying on my truck 200/month with 5000$ left.

And insurance is pretty wild since i'm only 20.

I'm looking at getting a performance suspension lift next spring.

yea payments ****...im paying bout 260/month, though it was a short term loan cause the faster i get it paid off the faster i can pimp somthing else

insurance wise, it will get better when your 21...the first 2 months i had my newer car i was paying 250/month..once my new policy came up though not 21 for another 4 months my insurance dude let me get it for 128/ month...4 months early, thank god he did..

how tall of a lift will it be, i cant inagine that much higher seeing as its a " perfomance" lift

As for the lift, I'm looking at a Camburg Engineering product, which is a long travel shock upgrade with limit straps. I tightened my torsion bars which gave me 2" of lift. I'm on dezertrangers.com fourms which is a site for people with rangers with prerunner/baja suspension setups, which can run $4000+ just for the front setup. They recommended me the upgrade kit, which runs about $500. I don't want a high lift at all since I drive 98% on road, and high means less performance and stability. I'll probably get some new performance leaf springs and shocks for the rear to match.

having owned two accords, all i can say is you can't go wrong... but theres so many sacrafices, theres also rewards, but if you like driving a truck as much as you probably do, your not going to like the transition to a car... i went from honda to tahoe to honda and it was akward as hell.

He's exactly right.

While all my friends were getting brand new trucks for their birthdays I chose a Honda Accord. They loved my car but still didn't know why I didn't get a truck. This is when it becomes your opinion, as this question is as well. Trucks to me are not practical, I don't want to spend $40+ to fill up my gas tank once a week. It cost me around $25-$30 with the ridiculous prices right now but I go on it for about two weeks, no lie. I don't do much towing or hauling stuff around so there was no need for a truck. It's also near-impossible to find a truck with handling like a car, which I'm a sucker for. You can't really go wrong at all with an Accord, but if you like trucks or like your truck a lot, don't fix what isn't broken.

BTW, the trunks are HUGE!!!

He's driving a Ranger... It costs me less than $30 to fill up the gas tank.

Maybe it's not practical for now but after college def go for the accord. I had the option of a 01 4x4 explorer or my 00 accord ex and i am so happy i chose the accord. It gets fantastic gas mileage and has plenty of room for a huge system. I haven't seen many body kits for accords that i've liked besides the R34 kit...other than that the car isn't really styled to have a kit imo
