Honda Accord '99 with new install of Clarion drx8675z has very low volume

Hi,

I just tried to install a Clarion drx8675z CD player in my '99 Accord. Everything seems to work except that my volume is incredibly low.

I got this car used with a xplod player already in, which worked fine, but I wanted an auxilliary input, so I put in my Clarion that I had lying around from my old car. (It has been unused for a few years)

Is this volume issue more likely a bad wiring job? (if it is, what is the most common wiring problem that causes this?)

Or is the age of the player the problem?

Its really hard to tell... Best you could do is check all your wiring...
