hey i have an old eclipse 10 inch sub and a 8 inch kicker mid that i want to use for my home audio...i know i need some sort of plate amp or whatever...i was wondering if there is any other way to do this...and are there like 5 or 6 channel home audio amps that i can use...amp will power 4 speakers and the 10 inch sub...if i get the 6channel amp..i will add the kicker..

oh the eclipse is a single 8 ohm woofer that handles 150wrms

the kicker is the old comp

A reciever is a must for home audio. You'll use that to power your speakers. Most recievers are either 5.1 or 7.1 sound and put out 400-600 watts. Add a plate amp for your subwoofer and you're good to go.
