no shit, this thread is making me hungry.

i love a good steak and baked potato. my mom makes a great chicken parmesan. my dad grills the best porkchops and makes some bombass potato salad.

Chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes. Gotta use grandma's egg noodles though, the ones that come in the freezer section:

Boil the chicken in broth and whatever spices you like to throw in. Once the chicken is done pull it out and boil the noodles in the same broth. Once the noodles are done dump out some of the broth then add some cream of chicken/mushroom soup, some sour cream, and the chicken back in. Stir that shit up and then serve it over mashed potatoes.

or what i used to do when i was trying to gain weight-

brown ground beef with red pepper flakes and maybe a little mojo, drain.

boil-in-bag rice (one bag)

a can of tuna.
