are you planning on going active or have partsexpress built you an passive set???

i use home large format tweeters & they are 8ohms, i like them better then most small compact tweeters

1-tweeters -most home tweeters are 4ohm to 8ohm.

2-mids are a different story, you can use 8ohms mids but you need to look at the Qes,Qts,Fs, depth of speaker, power handling.
