100k is all? He was lucky, a friend of mine got hit by another car, barely messed up his fender and broke a headlight. Sued the other ins company for 100k and won. They was all saying there necks and stuff were hurting so they are on pills the rest of there life. Also sued for pain and suffering.

They are the type that will spend there last dollar on a pill, live in a trailor owned by there grandma and just have one car (his 02 ex) that his grandma paid for. Every bit of it is gone and all they have is an eclipse blacked out on 18s (his moms) and he has some 22's and a system. Oh and a big screen TV, after even being perscribed the pain killers you know where all the other money went to??!?!?! You guessed it..
