hollywood 12" cutout diameter

if anybody knows or can find out the cutout diameter of the hollywood excursion X2-PRO12D please let me know. ive googled it without any luck and emailed the company 3 times, from which i got no responses from. or can i go with a general cutout diameter for 12"s?

if i had the subs with me i could do it, but this box ist for me. you think just getting the outer diameter then subtract however big the mounting lip is will get me close?
