Hole In Subwoofer

I need some advice my friend is trying ti sell me his two pioneer ts-w30004 but one has a small hole in the rubber foam from trying to put them in the sub box he had is they still good or could i use some silicone, not really a hole more like a tear what do you guys and gal's think

 
Thanks for the input with them 2 I will have four to replace the four I already have any good amps other than the kicker 1200.1 I have
