all will depend on box type /placement/type of port /size of port etc...

 
sorry...

it's a quite simple vented box. the design i got it from reaudio enclosure calculator site. so, it is an L ported box, 2cuft tuned at 33hz.

the front plate, where the sub typically goes is 19 x 13.

the box height is 14, width is 22.5, and depth is 17. port with 2 inches.

 
A box that maximizes air space between the back of the cone and the entrance of the port typically seems to be the safest way to go. But there are really a lot of factors that go into it, so take that statement with a grain of salt.
