ho alternator wireing

ok, i got a 94 yota with a 160 amp ho alternator. My batteries are located in the bed of the truck right behind the cab. I have 2 batteries seperated by an isolator relay, one runs the stereo and the other runs the compressor and the rest of the truck. My question is what size wire should i run from the alternator to the relay, and from relay to batterys, and from batteries to stereo? thanks in advance!
