HO alternator ground/wiring

I just received my big case 200amp mechman alt. I appears to have a bolt for a separate ground, do I run the ground to the battery neg, the engine block or the ground?

Run is to a sanded clean large bolt on the frame rail. (not the body) Then run your negative battery cable, and a ground cable from the engine block to the same attatching point on the frame. When you ground your batteries or amplifiers in the rear of the vehicle, ground them to the same side frame rail in back.
