Higher SPL?

Ok, I am just wanting everyones opinions on this now. I am going to be running a Planet Audio P1250D at one ohm (1250 watts R.M.S.) on one Audiobahn AW1505X in a 3.2 cubic foot custom ported box. This all goes in a 94' Saturn SC2.

A friend of mine is just as curious as I am on who will be louder. Of course we each think ours will be louder, but want everyone else's opinions. He will be running a Planet Audio P400.2 (800 R.M.S. at 4 ohm bridged) on two 15" Kicker XPL's at 4 ohms. His subs are mounted in a 6.0 cubic feet sealed enclosure with plexiglass backing. This is all in a 1987 Lebaron 2-door coupe.

So who will be louder........???

(Partners in car audio, but I bump to "Let's Ride" and "Late Nite Tip" and he bumps to "dB Jams"....... I hate that techno bass test crap).

are each of his 15's 4 ohms??? so he's going to bridge down to 2 ohms?? or both subs make an overall of 4 ohms?

Well when I was writing this, he did not want to sound weak by saying he had two 8 ohm subs, so there ya go, hes runnin two 8 ohm subs for a total of 4

a Saturn??? Rmemeber, according to someone, the trunk gives any sub about a 45dB gain...kekekekekekkekeke:crazy:

actually a trunk gives a 14 dB increase, while a hatchback gives 16dB

....... I thought a trun took away from the db.............. because suv are usally louder then cars on the inside
