Do My lights Dim or Glow?

I was noticing i got my car out the shop and the lights still glow and dim even without the system hooked up they still go down not like really dim .......... and iim reaty sure there the same as when i had my old alt... with no system but when i hit higher rmps they glow could this be my alt giving them more power? or do u guys just thin there dimming andf my lights still dont dim........ tell mem what yall think
