I'll be needing an amp or amps to power 2 sx's. I'm looking for matching amps or a higher power amp that does AT LEAST 1600 watts. Whatcha got?

I'm not looking for the highest quality... so around $400

I'd suggest a Power Acoustik a2400db or a3000db. Can be had fairly cheap from dave (monte_carlo97) PM him.
