high pitched noise

i always get a high pitched noise from my tv that comes and goes every 30 seconds or so..... then sometimes it doesnt do it at all. the tv isnt more then 2-3 yrs old i thought they made tvs these days better then this. anyone else ever have this problem and been able to fix it?

Any wires around it? My amps make that noise when watching movies unless I unplug my coax before turning them on.

well i have my surrond sound reciever/dvd player right below it.... the sub sits bout 1 1/2ft away from it. the only wires that are farely close to it are the cable wires and the s-video cable

Power Supply in the TV is the most likely cause...

There is no real fix either...
