I see the majority of your designs include 45s in most of the corners. Do they make a significant difference in most setups?

Depends on the application, but overall, if you are stressing to go with 45's or not, won't matter that much.

45's help when you're chasing tenths on the meter, and they can also help to reduce some of those random resonances you get with some setups...but most of the time you won't really hear a difference.
