But back to the thread. My hifoniks amp when i removed the fuse. As i was putting the fuse back in. It was creating sparks. Is that bad? Or was it just because power was still present?

Thats pretty normal if power is present

So the speakers are the exact same with same impedance. Only difference is the size

It is common practice to use the same sized subs in a shared chamber.
