hifonics ZXi 6.5c component set quality question and tweeter size question

does anyone have experience with the hifonics ZXi 6.5C component set? Are they any good? And it says they have a 12mm tweeter, that's only 1/2". My volvo takes 1" tweeters. When they say it has a 12mm tweeter are they talking about the total physical diameter of the tweeter body & mounting shit? Or the voice coil or what?

please respond ASAP Because this is determining whether or not i'm meeting a guy to buy them in an hour or two.
