I ask i used ot run a gen 5 zeus 300x2 amp on my highs and they where out of this world

this amp looks to be the same just seems ot have only low level crossovers buid in and i cant find a manual to see if i can run this amp full range //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

thanks guys

this was not a "why would you" question but a "is it possible" question

you would think all amps would have the ability to run a full range input but if you are sure 250hz is the high then thats no good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

thanks guys

i am absolutley positive 250 is the limit it is a class d amp and class d is sub bass only due to inefficiency and other key reasons. t class digital amps are here now though for mids and highs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I think the reason why you "can't" is the same reason why the manufacturer

thought you "shouldn't". Some class d amps just aren't meant for full range

duties due to the frequencies that they do their switching at.

Besides that, I don't personally know of a component set in the world that can handle that much power.

But if you're serious , Zapco makes a couple of full range, high power amps that

may suit your needs.

Yep, at the amplifiers. I get the same 14.7 volt reading when they cutoff too.

Yes, they are painted. The cover is very easy to take off and repaint to whatever color of choice to match the install.
