I have a chance to grab this amp from a friend. I dont know much about it. I know older hifonics is pretty good. What my concern really is is why this amp has the maxxsonic logo still. Does that mean tbis amp is pretty much junk lol.

Yea they seem to be good amps from what i have read. Just looking for other opinions... I did a trade with him and got the amp.

Yes, they are painted. The cover is very easy to take off and repaint to whatever color of choice to match the install.
