Hifonics low end: How overrated?

I just get curious sometimes about how many watts my BXi1210D is putting out. If I had the tools, or knowledge to do so, I'd clamp it myself, but I don't; does anyone have a estimated figure on how overrated low end Hifonics amps are?

I'm running mine at 2 ohms, which is supposed to be 900 watts. Realistically, how much power is my sub seeing?

If you can feed it the required 14.x volts, the BXi 1210D should produce its rated RMS power or REAL close to it!

i'm pretty sure it's not really accurated, but some more when pushing the maximum power you can get.

what's your alty? battery bank?

btw power is so overrated. you wouldn't see a difference between 700-900watts

Really? I noticed a huge difference when bumping the power up on my last setup from 100 watts per sub to 300. But then again, that was two subs...

yeah 300% more power on two subs (less power compression) is sure an upgrade. 10-15% difference alone is only noticible on a tl or in your head
