Hifonics Gen XX Colossus Issues

Got off the phone with Maxxsonics and think it's an issue of amperage. They suggested getting a dual battery isolator. My voltage is fine, I just think it's the amperage like they claim. What are other ways you increase amperage from my front battery to my back?

Is it ok to charge my HC2400 when it's hooked up to my amplifier and my other battery and stuff, or should I just remove it from my car first.

i dont know whats the problem but on many websites i checked that amp at it says recommended fuse rating is 300A.
